While this is better than your first Bounty Hunter episode, it still lacks a plot. But I think your BountyHunter movies are meant to be plotless so I'll let that slide. You should probably include some sound effects on your next flash. I did like the music you put in it though.

Your general movie thing is overall good, but it lacks sound effects, and mainly it lacks A STORY-LINE.I mean the flash itself is good, but without a story its just a bunch of...whatever the hell those things were, beating on each other. Now I'm not saying I dont enjoy watching a bunch of "things" beat each other but it was to short to be entertaining in that way. So I would suggest making your next movie like this longer and have no story; just a bunch of "things" beating the crap out of each other, OR a have a story. Or both, Longer and Story...

that was great, and it would explain why our government works the way it does to say the least... anyway i like the animation it was smooth and well drawn, whover did the voice for the yellow guy with the happy face did i great job on it, and really liked your preloader, one of the best ive seen...
